Can there be happiness without pain?
Some say that life is full of pain, that life offers more pain than happiness. In some cases, the amount of happiness people get is meager, in others- it is almost negligible. We get very little happiness alongside pain; so we value its every bit. Pain on their hand , is available everywhere in abundance, so we don't even bother to speculate its vitality.
Without pain, we would not find ,the little things that make us smile, extraordinary; the acts and deeds that make us happy and kindle in our hearts a spark of hope, endearing.
Imagine happiness is light and pain is darkness. Imagine that we live in a world full of light, a place that alienates darkness, one that knows no pain, we would be swallowed into a vortex of blinding light and deadening time and would be left with a monotonous life.
If happiness is the only emotion we knew, we would be emotionless, placid and passive. We would lose all ability to be human, to feel. Everything in life happens for a reason ,for instance ,the dark times we call pain, give us a purpose to live , a direction and ignites in us a hustle and a want to work hard and to build a better , happier future for ourselves!

Ananya good writing
ReplyDeleteSpecially of your age
It’s said pain is ultimate happiness
Many creations be it poetry, paintings, writings were made in pain as well as in utmost happiness.
These two emotions are two sides of a same coin.
Keep up
Who knows you will bring the best of you in these times.

ReplyDeleteThank you!!:)
ReplyDeleteHey Ananya, such a philosophical expression of pain and happiness. Even the mature ones fail to understand this. I just can't believe at such a tender age you could write about pain and happiness. Keep it up.
